INTEGRATED PROCESS

Five manufacturing stages from casting to packing

This is a representative manufacturing path. Material, tooling, datums, finish requirements, CTQs, and inspection methods are confirmed against each program's drawings and approved documents.

Aluminum and zinc die casting

Casting conditions are planned around projected area, alloy, wall thickness, tooling, and part requirements using the confirmed 650T, 400T, 300T, 130T, and 88T equipment set.

Precision CNC machining

Milling, drilling, tapping, and related operations are planned around machining datums and CTQs. Dimensional capability and sampling are aligned during NPI.

Surface coating

The in-house coating workshop links pretreatment and powder coating, with control to approved samples, color difference, film thickness, and cosmetic acceptance criteria.

Secondary operations and finishing

Deburring, grinding, vibratory finishing, cleaning, and other operations are selected to prepare parts for coating, assembly, and inspection.

Inspection, packing, and shipment preparation

Parts are checked against drawing, cosmetic, and packing requirements, then protected for shipment according to product risk and transport conditions.

DFM and tooling

Reviews cover function, wall thickness, draft, gating and overflow strategy, porosity risk, machining allowance, cosmetic surfaces, and assembly interfaces before tooling and sample plans are aligned.

Aluminum and zinc die casting

The confirmed equipment set includes aluminum 650T, 400T, and 300T machines plus zinc 130T and 88T machines. Alloy, projected area, tool conditions, and capacity are reviewed by drawing.

CNC and secondary operations

Machining, drilling, tapping, deburring, and cleaning are planned around datums and CTQs. Dimensional capability and sampling are aligned during NPI.

Finishing, assembly, and delivery

Finishing, marking, assembly, inspection, and packing are defined against cosmetic, corrosion, conductivity, traceability, and transportation requirements.
